Privacy Notice

This notice explains how information submitted through this website may be handled.

Information you provide

If you submit a business enquiry, you may provide your name, organisation, email address, optional telephone or WhatsApp number, country, enquiry type and message. The submission is stored in Falcon's protected website database for business review. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, medical information or other unnecessary sensitive information.

How information may be used

Submitted information may be used to review the request, verify its business relevance, route it to the appropriate workstream, respond to the sender, maintain appropriate correspondence records and protect the company from misuse or fraud. Information will not be treated as permission to send unrelated marketing.

Cookies and local storage

The public website does not use advertising cookies. If a visitor selects Accept and Continue in the privacy banner, the website activates Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to measure aggregated site usage such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate country or city. Analytics is not activated if the visitor selects Necessary Only, and the choice can be changed at any time through Cookie Settings. It uses local browser storage to remember the visitor's privacy choice so that the notice does not appear on every page. The hosting and security platform may also use strictly necessary technical mechanisms to deliver pages, maintain service integrity and prevent abuse. Visitors can remove stored data through their browser controls.

Sharing and service providers

Website information may be processed by infrastructure and security providers only as needed to host, deliver and protect the service. Falcon Foundation Ltd does not publish enquiry details and does not sell personal information. If an additional mailing or customer-management processor is connected later, this notice and the cookie controls should be reviewed before that service begins collecting information.

Retention and security

Information should be retained only for a legitimate operational, legal or business purpose and protected through proportionate technical and organisational measures. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Falcon Foundation Ltd therefore avoids claiming that data can never be lost, misused or accessed without authority. The practical objective is to minimise unnecessary collection, restrict access, keep systems maintained and respond appropriately if a security concern is identified.

Your choices and enquiries

Visitors may choose not to use the enquiry form and may control local storage through browser settings. A person may use the business-enquiry form to request access, correction or deletion where applicable, quoting the submission reference when available. Requests may be limited by legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute records or other legitimate retention requirements.
